Dialer App, which can be used by telecallers for outbound calling using the SIM available with a
Huawei dongle or USB 3G modem.
1. Each telecaller can view assigned leads after login to the Web Console.
2. Telecaller can process leads either in automatic mode or manual mode.
3. Each follow-up detail gets recorded in the Central Lead Management Software - Bonrix CRM.
4. Voice conversation between the end client and telecaller will be recorded.
5. Real-time audio file upload facility is available to upload call recordings to the central
repository.
6. Lead status can be changed from the telecaller Web Console.
7. Lead progress can be monitored from the telecaller Web Console.
